Skills to Advance in the workplace with GRETB.

Galway and Roscommon Education and Training Board (GRETB) welcomes applications to the Skills to Advance scheme. This Government funded initiative aims to engage those already in employment to upskill or reskill through further education and training. There are three main learning styles - visual, where we learn by seeing; auditory, where we learn by listening; and kinaesthetic, where we learn by doing.

GRETB apprentice represents Ireland at the World Skills Competition

The National Skills Competition was held in the RDS in Dublin in March of this year as part of the Ireland Skills live event. This was a showcase of more than 20 varied skills in a competitive setting, the winners in each event having the opportunity to represent Ireland at the World Skills Olympics in Russia.

Autumn events at Galway Steiner School/Cuan na Gaillimhe
